Flat chassis frame made of high-quality steel. 2 main beams of composite I-profile HOH 1200 mm. Traverses at an average of 400 mm, extra traverse at 200 mm at the back. Edge profile in gutter shape with the necessary lashing holes in the side (average every 200 mm). Bolted hook-on profile against edge profile for tarpaulin. Wide clutch plate. Back calf with rear edge profile in pleated box shape. Removable 2 "kingpin (1 position 1681 mm / head radius 2040 mm). Rear corner bracing as protection for worm gearbox. Bolted bumper bracing.


Superstructure

Box superstructure following load safety standard EN 12642 - XL - TüV 27 T. Front panel with 20 mm thick plywood board and with a 300 mm galvanized steel bumper. Side panels with 20 mm thick plywood board. The bottom of the side panels is covered with Van Hool profiled steel profile of 5 mm thick. Wihag metal composite doors with Thiriet recessed locks. Isolated roof from sandwhichpanel of 40 mm thick. This panel is covered in steel plates which are 0.6 mm thick. Top profile in anodised aluminum. Inside on the right side in the center a LED strip of 7.000 mm with a switch at the back.
