Chassis
Chassis consisting of 2 longitudinal beams of high-quality steel, fully automatically welded together, with the necessary sleepers between the longitudinal beams and 2 welded container arms with 4 fixed twistlocks for the transport of 20 'containers centrally (or WABS 7m15 / 7m45 / 7m82). Longitudinal beams at 1,300 mm. Open back for easy and safe connection of hoses to the container. Drip tray at the back with removable walkway. Right walkway and step with holding bar. Inox grounding strip, welded at the rear right. Brake clutches 2 ISO 1728. 1 Aluminum air reservoir 100 liters. Spring brake cylinders. Individual wheel covers with anti-spray mud flaps behind the last 2 axles. Chassis treated with zinc-rich primer. Axles / hubs black KTL. Support feet powdered black. Reflective striping in white on the side and in red at the back. Axle set SAF INtradisc AIRVENT 3x9T with Wabco EBS (large disk) (2S / 2M). 6x TIRE 385/65 R22.5 Pirelli FRTIT-T90 160K M + S. 6 x Aluminum wheel 11.75 x 22.5 ET = 120 ALCOA mat. 2 x 7-pin socket (ISO1185 + ISO3731) + 15-pin socket (ISO12098). Aluminum gutter bumper Aspock EUROPOINT 3 incl. LED plate lighting. Support foot BPW (Generation II) with S-foot. Close Alu guide surface left + right. Hose sleeves: 2 x dia. 160 mm, length = 6 m. ADR board foldable. 2 wheel chocks. Mud flap under bumper. Fire extinguisher on support foot. Document sleeve. ADR approved.
